They say that today is Easter.

I think I might try attending an Easter Mass. Because that is the right thing to do. I will--pray--for Bastion.

He died yesterday. He is not dead...dead, because his neural net can be retrieved. But it is in the hands of the Mavericks, and so he is...as good as dead.

I do not want to see if he will come back infected with the Virus.

I also helped Father yesterday. Little Odessa is alive.



It doesn't make sense. I know Kalinka does not like me, but...I thought at least perhaps she could make peace with me. For her birthday.

I wish I understood why we can't be friends, and why she is always hostile to me.

I need to find her something nice for her birthday. Even if it is late.

Maybe more flowers.


Oh! Alpha and I are redecorating. This is good because Alpha is a good friend. A very good friend. So we get to do something nice for the Hunters, and I get to spend time with a friend.

Peanut butter and bacon sandwiches with milk are good.

neural nets?! Are these golems? Or..hmm...Usually a crystalframe matrix is used for those, perhaps it's a new form of artifice...Still, with a virus? That sounds dangerous...Perhaps the virus should be studied first.
